NUREL, introduces a range Promyde® polyamide 6 polymers specific designed for the extrusion of both internal and external cable sheathing; achieving optimal protection in all those cables made with our polymers.
Another important application of Promyde PA6 is the production of flexible and corrugated pipes for electrical conduits used to protect cables in cars, trucks, trains and industrial machinery.
Air tubes and air conditioning systems have requirements for mechanical resistance at low temperatures, UV resistance and heat in environments of extreme temperatures over time and with flexible properties requirements, they need very sophisticated extrusion compounds.
PROMYDE PA FOR CABLES
Our Promyde range high viscosity, is for its exceptional resistance to impact, strength, high tenacity at extreme temperatures, low abrasion, high process performance, good electrical insulation and chemical resistance properties the ideal material to achieve a high durability of the coating of cables with polyamide.
Common cable applications include marine cables , fiber optic cables and also THHN, THWN and TFFN cables.

HIGH VISCOSITY PBT GRADES
Terylene B97 P2 is a high viscosity PBT grade, with good processability for the extrusion of fiber optic tubes, cables, pipes and profiles.
