INJECTION

PA 6 & 66 & COMPOUNDS FOR INJECTION APPLICATIONS

The injection moulding manufacturing process is very versatile and requires polymers that allow rapid filling and quick removal of parts, high productivity, dimensional stability and a good surface finish. Promyde® polyamides meet all these requirements and also offer reinforced grades, grades with hydrolysis resistance, conductive polyamides and grades with high flame retardancy. Promyde has developed one of the widest ranges of polyamide and PA 6 and 6.6 injection compounds on the market.

In addition, NUREL POLYMERS also offers compounds of PBT, PET and PBT / PET, which under the Terylene® brand have been specially designed for the injection of parts for the automotive, electrical and electronic industries.

The injection blowing process is used to manufacture hollow plastic parts in large quantities. Promyde offers optimal grades for these types of applications.

UNREINFORCED & REINFORCED PA6 FOR INJECTION MOULDING

Unreinforced PA6 Promyde grades are produced at NUREL through a polymerization process in which additive packages and polymer chain modifications have been selected combining cost, effectiveness, and differential properties. Our products are melted for the first time in the injection machines of our clients.

Reinforced PA6 Promyde grades are also 100% produced in NUREL through our polymerization process and our in-house comopunding. Our PA6 & PA66 compounds guarantee high consistency in processing and incomparable product performance.

OUR OFFER IN COUMPOUNDING FOR INJECTION MOULDING

NUREL, has recently expanded its compounding facilities. This has allowed us to expand our range of PA6 and PA66 compounds, as well as the launch of a new range of PBT and PET compounds called Terylene.

In response to a growing demand in the electrical, electronic and automotive sectors, where weight limitation and design requirements are becoming stronger, NUREL works in the development of new materials with controlled thermal and electrical properties as well as materials for metal substitution, weight reduction and fire retardancy.

Also Recomyde polyamide 6 and 6.6 recycled compounds are available for injection moulding, to fullfil the expectations of the most sustainable convertors.
